About NABA WIU Student Chapter, NFP
Our Mission
NABA WIU Student Chapter is an affiliate of NABA, Inc. and is a nonprofit student membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for future Black Business Leaders in accounting, finance, business, and entrepreneurship.
Our Approach
NABA advances people, careers, and the mission by providing education, resources, and meaningful career connections to professional and student members. As a student chapter, NABA WIU's purpose is to help develop and support student members during their academic programs to foster academic excellence, civic responsibility and business professionalism. NABA WIU pursues this goal by holding a weekly-student-led meeting and invites professional speakers to discuss a variety of topics with the student members.

- Attended career readiness workshops.
- More than 10 students per year have attended the Regional and National conference to interview for jobs and network.
